On Saturday, November 16, 2024, Western Delta University, Oghara, held its 14th Convocation Ceremony, a momentous occasion celebrating academic achievements and institutional milestones. A highlight of the ceremony was the investiture of His Excellency, Barrister Donald Duke, as the new Chancellor of Western Delta University.
