The university's Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Augustine Ikelegbe, revealed this strategic initiative during the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate degree on the South Korea Ambassador to Nigeria, Ambassador Kim Young-Chae. The prestigious event took place at the Embassy of Korea in Maitama, Abuja.
