The Otemu Educational Foundation (OEF) is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives through the power of education. Founded by former Delta State Governor, Chief James Ibori, OEF aims to break financial barriers and empower talented but indigent students from Delta State, Nigeria, by providing academic scholarships, mentorship, and resources to achieve their dreams.
